VOICE is dedicated to enriching our local community through high-quality entertainment while simultaneously raising awareness and financial support for various local non-profit organizations. Our semi-annual benefit concerts are instrumental in this endeavor, with 100% of the proceeds directly benefiting the selected beneficiary for each performance.
To sustain our mission, we rely on the support of businesses and individuals who share our commitment to both the arts and our community. Our concerts necessitate significant expenses, including venue fees, music acquisition, technical equipment, and personnel costs, which are covered through member dues, fundraising efforts, and the generosity of our sponsors and donors. Recently, VOICE’s operating costs have been approaching $20,000 per year. Because VOICE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all sponsorships and donations are tax deductible.

Sponsor VOICE
Sponsorships last for the calendar year, spanning two concert series. There is one concert series in June and one in December. Businesses, organizations, and individuals may be sponsors, but individuals will be thanked by name in the program, rather than receiving ad space.
An average of 300 people attend each of our concert series, so your sponsorship ad in our concert program and our social media posts will be seen by over 600 people during the year!
In-kind sponsorships
VOICE graciously accepts in-kind sponsorships to reduce operating costs. Our in-kind sponsors are recognized at the sponsorship level that correlates to the dollar value of their donation. Examples of in-kind sponsorships include printing, advertising, and photography/videography services, and performance and rehearsal space.

Full-page ad: (~5”w x 8”h) - $200/concert series
Half-page ad: (~5”w x 4”h) - $125/concert series
